Life became focused on the cities (Palma and Pollentia). Communities went through significant socio-economic changes, although certain ideological and ritual practices which had characterised the post-Talaiotic society persisted.
Life in Son Fornés was not easy. The examination of skeletons found in the two already excavated tombs show aggravated nutrition problems and extenuating daily tasks which must have affected the majority of the population.
